BTS menyapu keempat Daesang (Hadiah Utama) untuk Song of the Year (“Butter”), Album of the Year (“BE”), Artist of the Year, dan Worldwide Icon of the Year.

Secara total, BTS membawa pulang sembilan trofi di MAMA 2021.
